IF YOU FEEL SICK OR HAVE BEEN AROUND ANYONE WHO HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID PLEASE WAIT AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Facial coverings are not mandatory but recommended.

PHOTO & VIDEO DISCLAIMER

Beauty Avenue Salon LV reserves the right to publish, post and promote photos taken on our private property.

Please kindly let us know if you do not wish to have your photo/video published, posted or promoted and you will be provided a do not consent form to complete.

CHILD SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Due to safety issues we do not allow children to accompany you to the salon unless they are receiving an appointment. 

Your child’s safety is our number one priority and our tools can be hot, sharp, and dangerous. We thank you for your understanding.

PET POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the salon. 

Exception for Certified Service Pets only.

DEPOSITS POLICY

We require a deposit to hold all appointments upon booking. For more details about how to make your deposit please send us a text at 702 981 5053 or send us a direct message through our IG page.

SALON APPOINTMENT POLICY

We reserve the right to move/change/or cancel any and all appointments. 

We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible if any changes are made.

To ensure proper delivery notification please provide us with any changes to your contact info. 

LATE GUESTS POLICY

15 minutes grace policy. 

Arrival past 15 minutes will result in your appointment being rescheduled.

PRIVATE ROOM CHECK-IN POLICY

Please check-in at the front desk with the receptionist on duty during normal business hours.

Please provide your name and designated business you are booked with so we can properly inform your service provider of your arrival.

SURVEILLANCE DISCLAIMER

Beauty Avenue Salon LV has several surveillance cameras throughout the premises of the suites for the safety and protection of our staff and clients.

MISCELLANEOUS DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please notify our receptionist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know.

If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.

If under a doctor’s care, please check with your physician before taking any treatments.

We are a small local business and unexpected situations can arise that need to be addressed that do not fall under these policies. Those decisions are made by Beauty Avenue Salon LV designated person(s).

If one cannot follow and abide Beauty Avenue Salon LV’s disclaimers and policies, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Additionally, the safety of our staff and clients is our top priority.
